Adam Liaw releases ‘Asian Home Cooking’ cookbook

Chef Adam Liaw has released a new cookbook titled ‘Asian Home Cooking’, which focuses on the everyday meals prepared by families across Asia rather than restaurant-style takeaway favorites.

Liaw aims to showcase the diversity of Asian cuisines through simple, wholesome dishes that are commonly eaten at home, such as Japanese tonjiru, Indian khichdi, and Thai rad na moo. The collection includes recipes like Biang biang noodles and Hangzhou eggplant with minced pork, intended to provide home cooks with authentic dishes that have been successfully prepared by generations of families.
