Adam Wharton targeted by Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City

Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton has emerged as a primary transfer target for several Premier League clubs, with his valuation reportedly reaching approximately £86 million to £100 million.

Manchester United has reportedly reopened talks with Crystal Palace regarding the player. While United is interested in pairing Wharton with Kobbie Mainoo to strengthen their midfield, they are reportedly prepared to offer around £70 million, which remains below Palace's asking price.

Liverpool is also described as “lurking” in the pursuit of the 22-year-old. Manchester City has expressed interest in Wharton as a potential option to provide depth or cover in the defensive midfield role, particularly in the event of Rodri's departure.

Wharton is noted for his ability to control games from a deep position and his composure on the ball. Despite the high valuation, several top-tier clubs view him as a long-term asset for their respective squads.
