Adamant Ferrara defeats Virtus Imola in preseason basketball friendly

Adamant Ferrara defeated Virtus Imola 80-74 in a preseason basketball friendly held at the Bondi Arena. The match served as the first appearance for both teams under their respective coaching staffs.

Virtus Imola, competing in the B Interregionale, led for much of the game, winning two of the first three quarters. However, Adamant Ferrara, a B Nazionale side, staged a strong comeback in the final period, outscoring Imola 23-14 to secure the victory. Top scorers for Ferrara included Isotta with 15 points, while Gaye led Imola with 15 points.

Despite the loss, Virtus Imola coach Massimiliano Baldiraghi expressed satisfaction with the team's defensive attitude and effort against a higher-category opponent, noting that offensive ball movement remains a priority for improvement.
