Adamello Ultra Trail attracts over 1,000 athletes from 33 nations

The 12th edition of the Adamello Ultra Trail is scheduled to take place from September 25 to 27, featuring over 1,000 athletes representing 33 different nationalities. For the first time, participants from all five continents are expected to compete in the event.

The races will traverse the Alta Val Camonica and Alta Val di Sole regions, passing through the Adamello and Stelvio Parks. The competition includes four distinct distances: a 170 km ultra-trail with 11,500 meters of elevation gain, a 100 km trail, a 60 km half-trail, and a 35 km short trail.

Italian participation remains high, with significant numbers of runners coming from the provinces of Brescia, Bergamo, Milan, and Trento. The event highlights the growing international profile of the competition, which has expanded from approximately 50 participants in 2014 to its current global scale.
