Adana Flavor Festival celebrates 10th anniversary in October

The 10th International Adana Flavor Festival is scheduled to take place from October 9 to 11 at Adana Merkez Park. Under the theme “Acısıyla Tatlısıyla 10. Yıl, On’ca Lezzet” (10 Years of Bittersweet Flavors, Dozens of Tastes), the event celebrates the culinary heritage of the Çukurova region.

Over the past decade, the festival has hosted more than 4 million visitors. In 2025, the event saw a record 800,000 attendees, generating 3.7 billion TL in economic activity for Adana. Previous statistics show high consumption rates, including 500,000 meat skewers and 400,000 bottles of şalgam during the festival.

This year's program will focus on three geographical areas: the Toros Mountains, the Çukurova agricultural plains, and the Karataş Sea. The event will feature international chefs, including Moustafa Seif and Daniela Soto-Innes, who will interpret Adana’s 24 geographically indicated products using various culinary techniques. Activities will include chef meetings, gastronomy panels, workshops, competitions, and concerts.
