Adana parking dispute leaves vehicles trapped by construction debris

A dispute over a shared parking garage in the Seyhan district of Adana has resulted in vehicles being trapped inside a facility. The conflict involves the management of Baysan Business Center and Özen Plaza, who reportedly share the underground parking lot.

According to Özen Plaza Manager Nazan Akça Subaşı, the management of Baysan Business Center has prevented plaza residents from using the space for years, leading to a public lawsuit. While a manager was reportedly penalized for wrongful seizure of the property, tensions escalated during recent renovation work intended to fix water damage caused by rain.

During the renovations, construction debris was moved to the parking entrance. However, because the Baysan Business Center management allegedly refused to open the garage doors, the debris accumulated at the entrance. This blockage has prevented new vehicles from entering and has left existing vehicles unable to exit the facility.
