Adana pharmacy theft leads to arrest of suspect with 13 criminal records

A 28-year-old man, identified as Bora G., has been arrested in Adana, Turkey, following the theft of cosmetics worth approximately 4,000 TL from a duty pharmacy in the Yüreğir district.

Security footage captured the suspect placing cosmetic products into his pockets and bags after presenting a prescription. Following an investigation by the Adana Police Department, authorities discovered that the suspect had 13 prior criminal records, including a recent shoplifting incident at a supermarket and a mobile phone theft from a parked vehicle.

During police questioning, Bora G. denied the allegations, claiming that all items were paid for. However, despite his defense, he was referred to the courthouse and subsequently arrested by the court.
