Adana prepares for 10th International Flavor Festival

The 10th International Adana Flavor Festival is scheduled to take place from October 9 to 11. During a recent press launch, Governor Mustafa Yavuz highlighted the festival's role as a significant brand value for the city, noting that it has attracted over 4 million visitors over the past nine years.

The event aims to bring unique flavors from around the world to one of Turkey's largest festival areas. Governor Yavuz emphasized that the festival generates substantial economic and social activity for the surrounding region, including Mersin, Osmaniye, Hatay, and Gaziantep.

A key theme for this year's edition is sustainability and zero waste. Organizers plan to use biodegradable materials, such as bags and straws, to ensure the event is environmentally friendly and serves as a model for other festivals in Turkey.
