Adana training program uses 3D printing to empower women and disabled individuals

The Liderler Institute has launched a free training program in Adana designed to increase the economic participation of women and individuals with disabilities through 3D printing technology and e-commerce.

The 40-hour program provided 10 participants with comprehensive instruction on using 3D printers, converting designs into physical products, and managing raw materials. Beyond manufacturing, the curriculum covered essential digital business skills, including e-commerce, product pricing, profitability calculations, digital marketing, and preparing products for online sale.

Filiz Kepme, founder of the Liderler Institute, emphasized that the initiative aims to change how people participate in production. She noted that new technologies allow individuals with limited access to traditional work environments or regular office settings to engage in the production process and create new income models.
