ADE conducts food safety training in Formosa

The Business Development Agency (ADE) has completed a new edition of its Safe Food Handling Course in Formosa, Argentina. The program, which has been running for over six years, saw 200 participants, including representatives from 45 community centers.

Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Development’s Directorate of Sanitation, Bromatology, and Zoonosis, the training was also supported by the Hotel and Gastronomic Federation of Formosa (FEHGRA) and Banco Formosa. The two-day course focused on the role of food handlers in disease prevention, identifying risks in food preparation and commercialization, and implementing hygienic practices to ensure food safety.
