Adecco Group's EZRA launches EZRA Loop human-AI coaching

EZRA, the enterprise coaching division of the Adecco Group, has released EZRA Loop, a new coaching experience that integrates human expertise with artificial intelligence. The system pairs ICF-accredited human coaches with an AI development partner named Cai, which tracks conversations, priorities, and organizational context to enhance manager performance.

The hybrid model aims to democratize coaching by providing an always-on AI partner that identifies the optimal moments to involve a human professional. Research cited by the company indicates that AI excels at task-oriented skills like goal setting and prioritization, while human coaches remain superior in areas requiring emotional intelligence and interpersonal presence.

According to Adecco Group CEO Denis Machuel, the initiative is designed to help organizations navigate the transition to a hybrid workforce where humans and AI agents must work in coordination to maximize value.
