Adelante Andalucía to contest general elections in all eight Andalusian provinces

José Ignacio García, the spokesperson for Adelante Andalucía in the Andalusian Parliament, has announced that the political formation will run in the general elections across all eight provinces of Andalusia when they are called.

Speaking during a housing rights mobilization in Jerez, García advocated for the need of a new left-wing presence in the Congress to defend the working class. He criticized the current housing situation as ‘unsustainable’ and called for more decisive measures to prevent housing from being used as a tool for speculation by vulture funds.

Additionally, García called for a ‘historic general strike’ and urged social, union, and neighborhood organizations to begin working toward this goal to combat the housing crisis.
