Adelândia, Brazil opens hiring process for four municipal teachers

The municipality of Adelândia in Goiás announced a simplified selection process (Processo Seletivo Simplificado nº 001/2026) to recruit four temporary teachers – three level I teachers and one physical‑education teacher – for the municipal school system. The positions are full‑time (40 hours per week) and require the appropriate teaching licence. Applications are free, in‑person and will be accepted on 23–24 July 2026, with candidates evaluated on curriculum and title analysis. The selection remains valid for up to 12 months and may be extended.

In a separate municipal notice, a different Brazilian locality issued a call (Processo Seletivo nº 001/2025) for candidates ranked 1st to 85th who have not yet taken classroom duties this year. The invitation concerns a temporary adjunct‑professor role at the school in Olinda de Morais Zavanella, scheduled for assignment on 21 July 2026 at the municipal education office. Candidates must present identification and later provide professional, electoral and personal documentation to finalize the temporary hire.
