Aden authorities launch domestic gas distribution campaign in Khormaksar

The Aden Office of Industry and Trade has launched a field inspection and distribution campaign for domestic cooking gas in the Khormaksar district. Following directives from the Governor of Aden, Abdulrahman Sheikh, authorities are conducting direct oversight of gas sales and distribution to ensure citizens receive supplies at the official regulated price and to prevent illegal hoarding or price manipulation.

In recent operations, officials supervised the direct distribution of 200 gas cylinders to residents in the Al-Saada and Al-Hamdi neighborhoods at a price of 8,000 Yemeni rials per cylinder. Additionally, authorities have completed the registration of beneficiaries for an upcoming batch of 250 cylinders intended for the Al-Rashid, Al-Salam, and Al-Saada neighborhoods.

The campaign aims to stabilize the supply of essential commodities and alleviate the economic burden on Yemeni families amidst difficult living conditions.
