Aden Literacy Department rewards staff for performance

Dr. Issam Moqbeli, the Director General of Literacy and Adult Education in Aden, held a meeting with staff on Wednesday to review institutional activities and achievements from October. The meeting focused on evaluating educational and training programs and discussing future plans to expand services to broader community segments.

Dr. Moqbeli praised the staff for their dedication despite exceptional circumstances and challenges. He highlighted the department's efforts to build institutional partnerships through visits to various organizations to enhance coordination and service delivery. The meeting also noted the department's previous government recognitions and emphasized the importance of maintaining high performance levels.

To recognize their contributions, the administration distributed incentive rewards to staff, employees, and service workers to encourage continued commitment to literacy and adult education efforts in the Aden governorate.
