Aden local authorities launch women's centers and market inspections

In Aden, the Southern Transitional Council (STC) has inaugurated seven women's centers in the Al-Tawahi district. The initiative aims to enhance the participation of women in organizational, social, and national roles. Khalid Al-Zamki, head of the STC executive in Aden, stated that these centers are a step toward building organized and effective women's work to meet current requirements.

Separately, in the Mansoura district of Aden, local authorities conducted a field inspection campaign targeting markets, restaurants, and bakeries. Led by Director General Hani Mohammed Al-Yazidi and the Office of Industry and Trade, the campaign focused on price stability and consumer protection. The inspection resulted in four commercial violations, including three instances of failing to display price lists and one bakery violation regarding the underweight of bread.
