Aden National Project approves founding document and specialized task forces

The Dialogue and Communication Team of the Aden National Project has officially approved its founding document, establishing a formal institutional framework for the initiative. Chaired by Mohammed Hisham Bashrahil, the meeting focused on defining the project’s identity, strategic vision, mission, and governance systems.

To implement its objectives, the project has authorized six specialized working groups: political, economic, community, media, technical, and monitoring and evaluation. These teams are tasked with launching an extensive field program to conduct dialogue sessions with various political components, social forces, parties, and national elites in Aden.

The ultimate goal of these organized civil and political dialogues is to build a broad national consensus and formulate a comprehensive “Historic Aden Document” to serve as a national reference for the city’s future.
