Aden officials discuss traditional architecture guidelines and academic quality standards

In Aden, authorities and specialists held a workshop to discuss the final version of a guide for traditional architecture. Sponsored by the Governor of Aden, the workshop was organized by the General Authority for the Preservation of Historical Cities and the General Authority for Antiquities and Museums. Funded by the European Union in partnership with UNESCO, the guide aims to provide a technical reference for restoration, maintenance, and construction in historical areas to preserve Aden's unique architectural identity.

Separately, Gulf of Aden International University held a discussion session to review a draft manual for exam management. The initiative, led by the Center for Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation, seeks to enhance academic governance and transparency. University leadership emphasized that the manual will serve as a regulatory framework to standardize examination procedures and ensure fairness in student assessments.
