Aden technical and vocational institutes launch 2026–2027 academic year

Abdulrahim Abdulkarim Al-Jawi, Director General of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Office in Aden, has officially inaugurated the 2026–2027 academic year. The launch ceremony took place at the Mansoura Industrial Vocational Institute.

In conjunction with the start of the term, specialized field monitoring committees have been deployed to various technical and vocational institutes across Aden. These committees are tasked with overseeing the commencement of the academic year, monitoring student and staff attendance, ensuring the readiness of classrooms and training workshops, and identifying any logistical challenges or needs to be reported to higher authorities.

Al-Jawi emphasized that these monitoring efforts aim to ensure an organized and stable start to the year while enhancing academic discipline. He noted that technical and vocational education is essential for equipping youth with the practical skills required to meet labor market demands and serve the community.
