Adesso launches ServiceNow-based AI Control Tower managed service

Adesso has introduced a new managed service called the ‘AI Control Tower’ based on the ServiceNow platform. The offering, which is now available to customers in the EMEA region, covers consulting, implementation, and ongoing operations.

Rather than providing a one-time project, Adesso is positioning the solution as a continuous service that integrates platform operation, process support, and sustainable system integration. The company aims to address the gap between technical availability and actual user adoption of AI tools.

As a practical example, Adesso highlighted SOKA-GPT, an AI tool used by approximately 880 employees. While the usage rate was around 20 percent at the end of August, the company has set a target of 30 to 40 percent.
