Adeunis responds to Webdyn SAS tender offer at 0.84 euros per share

Adeunis has released its response note regarding a simplified public tender offer launched by Webdyn SAS. The offer is set at a price of 0.84 euros per share, along with 22,700 euros for the Adeunis share subscription warrants.

The transaction is being conducted under the regulatory supervision of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Adeunis has made available its response note and additional documents detailing the legal, financial, and accounting characteristics of the company. The AMF has issued visa n° 26-338 on the response note, though the regulator noted that this visa does not imply approval of the transaction's merits or authentication of the financial data presented.

The duration of the offer is expected to be 10 negotiation days, with the specific calendar to be determined by the AMF in accordance with its general regulations.
