Adidas expands footwear trends with Gazelle sneakers and new loafers
Adidas is expanding its footwear offerings with a focus on retro styles and new silhouettes for the autumn 2026 season. The company continues to feature its classic Gazelle line, specifically the BB5476 model, which is a low-top sneaker featuring a mix of leather and suede with a black and white color scheme. This model is positioned in the upper range of the mass market for classic sneakers, retailing for approximately 110 Euro in Germany.
In a shift from its traditional sneaker dominance, Adidas is also introducing a loafer trend for autumn 2026. Inspired by the 1979 Handball Spezial, these loafers combine a slim, elegant silhouette with sporty elements like the iconic three stripes and rubber soles. The collection includes smooth black leather options as well as suede versions in espresso brown, dark blue, and beige, designed to bridge the gap between casual and formal wear.
