Adidas and Pharrell Williams expand Jellyfish sneaker collection

Adidas and Pharrell Williams are expanding the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish collection with new colorway releases. The upcoming drops include the ‘Crystal Sand’ edition, featuring sand, beige, and brown tones, as well as ‘Triple White’ and ‘Tan’ versions.

Based on the 2005 Adistar Cushion 3 silhouette, the Jellyfish design is characterized by oversized proportions, a sculptural midsole inspired by jellyfish movement, and protruding TPU overlays. Pharrell Williams described the design philosophy as ‘Go bigger,’ aiming to transform the concept of running into ‘moving through life’ by treating the sole as sculpture and the upper as architecture.

The new colorways are scheduled for release around August 22. In Brazil, the ‘Crystal Sand’ model will be available via the Adidas CONFIRMED app through a raffle system. In Thailand, the Triple White and Tan versions will be available at select Adidas Brand Centers and online. The Pharrell x Adidas Jellyfish Tan is also slated for release via the CONFIRMED app and select third-party retailers.
