adidas Originals and DIOS announce Megaride 01 collaboration

adidas Originals and Houston-based streetwear label DIOS have announced the release of the Megaride 01 collaboration, scheduled for August 16, 2026. The sneaker is priced at $180 and will be available via the CONFIRMED app and select retailers.

The design integrates Houston’s cultural influences, specifically blending elements of the local custom car scene with Texas Western aesthetics. The shoe features a black leather upper with polished chrome accents, a zipper closure, and embossed leather detailing inspired by traditional cowboy boots. Additional design elements include silver cushioning pods and snakeskin-textured panels.

To celebrate the launch, adidas and DIOS will host a community activation in Houston on August 15, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM CT at 5011 Navigation Blvd.
