Adil Aouchiche extends contract with FC Schalke 04 until 2030

Adil Aouchiche has agreed to extend his contract with FC Schalke 04 until June 2030. The 24-year-old Algerian international, who joined the club in the winter of 2025/26, is expected to become one of the team's highest earners following the deal.

Schalke 04 reportedly rejected a €5 million offer from Swansea City earlier this summer to retain the midfielder. Youri Mulder, Director of Professional Football at S04, confirmed the extension, highlighting Aouchiche's creativity and his significant role in the team's recent return to the Bundesliga.

Aouchiche, who made his debut for the Algerian national team in March, is expected to be in the starting lineup for Schalke's Bundesliga season opener against FC Augsburg.
