Adina Melbourne is undergoing a multi-million-dollar refurbishment to reposition the apartment hotel as a contemporary, experience-led destination. The project includes upgrades to all 155 guest rooms, public areas, meeting facilities, and wellness spaces.

The renovation aims to enhance the property’s signature apartment-style accommodation by introducing new furnishings, textured wall finishes, and improved storage. A significant part of the transformation involves reimagining the ground floor, featuring a central fireplace and new furniture layouts designed for guests to work or socialize. TFE Hotels’ Group Chief Operating Officer, Chris Sedgwick, stated the project reflects a growing demand for flexibility and spaces that allow travelers to experience the city like locals.
