Adjuto Afonso engages with Manaus community and receives cultural honor

State Deputy and re-election candidate Adjuto Afonso (União Brasil) has participated in several community and cultural events in Amazonas. In Manaus, he met with community leaders and supporters in the Mauazinho neighborhood to discuss his legislative record and ongoing support for local initiatives, including sports projects like ‘Treinando Vidas’ which uses football for youth inclusion.

Additionally, Afonso was honored by representatives of various folk groups, including ‘quadrilhas juninas’ and ‘cirandas’, with the symbolic title of ‘Ambassador of Culture and Folklore of Amazonas’. The recognition highlights his decade-long support for regional traditions and his legislative work, such as establishing the State Day of the Junino Quadrille and allocating funds for cultural contests.
