Adéla Jergová becomes first Slovak artist to enter Billboard Hot 100

Slovak singer Adéla Jergová has achieved significant international success, becoming the first artist from Slovakia to enter the Billboard Hot 100. Her single ‘Nicole Kidman’ reached number 9 on the chart in October 2026, while her track ‘Ain’t in LA’ also secured a position on the Hot 100.

Her debut studio album, Prima, released via UMG Recordings and Capitol Records, debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200. The 22-year-old artist, formerly trained in classical ballet at the Vienna State Ballet, transitioned to a pop career in Los Angeles after participating in the 2023 reality competition Dream Academy.

Adéla’s rise to stardom has been supported by viral social media presence and endorsements from various industry figures. Her music, which blends electronic pop with alternative rock influences, has also gained attention through expressive American Sign Language (ASL) interpretations at major events like the Portola Music Festival.
