Adler & Stachenfeld leases 40,000 square feet in Midtown Manhattan

Real estate law firm Adler & Stachenfeld is relocating its Midtown Manhattan offices to 1301 Avenue of the Americas. The firm has signed a lease for approximately 40,000 square feet, occupying the entire 12th floor of the building.

Currently located at 555 Madison Avenue, the firm specializes in complex real estate transactions, including New York City tax incentives, ground lease financing, and Local Law 97. Managing partner Terri Adler stated that the new physical space is intended to match the caliber of the firm’s clients and the sophisticated deals they facilitate.

The building at 1301 Avenue of the Americas is owned by a joint venture between Rithm Capital and DRA Advisors, following DRA's recent acquisition of a 49 percent stake in the tower. The property is valued at approximately $1.3 billion and hosts other major tenants, including KeyBank, Piper Sandler, and Crédit Agricole.
