Adlibris appoints Lisa Hedenström as Head of Operations Excellence

Adlibris has appointed Lisa Hedenström as the new Head of Operations Excellence to strengthen its supply chain and logistics capabilities. The move comes as the company expands its operations following the launch of a new automated warehouse in Morgongåva in the summer of 2025.

Hedenström joins Adlibris from Bangerhead, where she served as Head of Supply. Her previous experience includes over five years at Kronans Apotek, where she managed supply for more than 500 pharmacies and oversaw ERP system implementations.

Anton Hellström, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Adlibris, stated that Hedenström’s expertise in operational understanding and change management is essential to maximizing the impact of the company’s recent investments, including the Morgongåva warehouse and a new flagship store on Drottninggatan.
