Turkey schedules widespread power outages on June 26‑27, 2026
Utility companies in Turkey announced planned electricity cut‑offs for late June 2026. ADM Elektrik said that on 26 June 2026 power will be interrupted in several districts of Aydın province for network renewal and maintenance, listing specific neighborhoods and time windows from 08:30 to 17:00. The same company warned that on 27 June 2026 similar interruptions will affect six districts of Muğla province, again detailing streets and scheduled hours.
Başkentedaş released a timetable for Ankara on 26 June 2026, with planned outages in the districts of Keçiören, Çankaya, Altındağ, Sincan, Polatlı and Beypazarı. Each district has multiple time slots ranging from early morning to evening, depending on the local network work.
Gediz Elektrik also published a plan for Manisa province on 26 June 2026, covering the districts of Akhisar, Saruhanlı, Şehzadeler and Turgutlu. The schedule includes several blocks of work between 09:00 and 19:00 for network upgrades. All cut‑offs are temporary and intended to allow system upgrades, with the expectation that power will be restored after the specified periods.
