Administrative Enforcement Agency to hold joint auctions in Yilan and Taoyuan

The Administrative Enforcement Agency's Yilan and Taoyuan branches will hold joint auctions on October 6, featuring a diverse range of real estate, vehicles, and digital assets.

In Yilan, the auction includes a 93-坪 townhouse in Yuanshan Township with a starting price of NT$19.8 million and an 18-坪 suite in Jiaoxi Township starting at NT$8.16 million. Additional items include a Toyota Alphard hybrid, a Nissan Juke, and various food processing machines.

In Taoyuan, the auction features a five-story townhouse in Guanyin District with a starting price of NT$29.16 million, alongside land in Zhongli, Yangmei, and Daxi. The event also includes a 2014 passenger car and unique movable assets such as 0.21896901 Ethereum (ETH), stocks, and trademark rights. Participants bidding for cryptocurrency must use a personal electronic wallet registered with an anti-money laundering compliant provider.
