Administrative leadership changes in Chełm and Racibórz

In Chełm, Andrzej Wróbel has been appointed as the director of the newly established Care and Residential Center (COM). The selection comes after a lengthy recruitment process involving seven separate competitions. Wróbel was chosen based on his legal knowledge, professional experience in social assistance, and specialized qualifications in the non-governmental sector.

In Racibórz, Andrzej Migus is set to return as the director of the Municipal Building Management (MZB) effective August 22. Migus previously led the organization for 13 years until 2023. He replaces Ewa Hac, who was dismissed from the position on July 29. Migus's return marks a leadership change in an entity responsible for managing a significant portion of the municipality's residential and commercial real estate, including over 2,700 premises.
