Administrative restructuring occurs at Icatsin and Consum

The Instituto de Capacitación para el Trabajo del Estado de Sinaloa (Icatsin) has announced three new appointments to its administrative and academic structure. Director General Francisca Abelló Jordá presided over the ceremony where Salvador Valle Valle was named Director of Technical Academics, Leonardo Sampayo Trejo was appointed head of the State Registry of Instructors, and Ericka Nayeli Castro Sotelo was designated head of the Legal Department.

In a separate organizational shift, the cooperative Consum has reorganized its leadership structure. Nuria Enríquez Molina has been appointed as the Director of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), succeeding Amadeo Ferrer Bayarri. Additionally, Consum has integrated its Financial Division into the Administration Department, which has been renamed the Economic, Financial, and Audit Department under the direction of María Sánchez Alcaraz.
