Administrative updates in Hațeg and Moldova financial regulations

In Moldova, the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has initiated a public consultation for a draft regulation concerning the digital operational resilience of the financial sector. This initiative aims to align national regulatory frameworks with European Union standards, specifically implementing parts of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554. The provisions are intended to apply to banks, payment institutions, and insurance companies starting January 1, 2029.
