Bosnian striker Admir Bristrić has transferred from Slovenian club Olimpija Ljubljana to English side Leicester City. The 32-year-old forward has signed a four-year contract with the English club following a successful medical examination.

Bristrić joined Olimpija from Rijeka in January 2023, contributing to the club's domestic double. During his tenure in Ljubljana, he participated in UEFA Conference League qualifiers against Ludogorets and Galatasaray. His career also included loan spells in Ukraine with Polissya Zhytomyr and with NK Bravo.

Media reports suggest the transfer fee, including bonuses, may be approximately two million euros. Olimpija's sporting director, Necat Aygün, noted that the move represents a significant step forward for the player's development. Bristrić expressed his excitement about joining a major English club and thanked Olimpija for their support.
