Adán Augusto López Hernández's notary linked to businessman's properties

Documents reveal that Notaría Pública número 27 in Tabasco, headed by Senator Adán Augusto López Hernández, formalized legal papers for properties owned by businessman Jorge Amílcar Olán Aparicio. Olán Aparicio is noted for his perceived closeness to Andrés Manuel López Beltrán, known as “Andy”.

The notary's involvement spans from 2011 to 2023 regarding two properties in Villahermosa. One property, located at Paseo Usumacinta 1122, was later used by the Federal Judiciary (PJF) as a court headquarters. This building reportedly generated at least 58 million pesos in rent through contracts signed in 2018 and between May 2023 and May 2026.

Records show that between May 2023 and May 2026, the Federal Judicial Council and the Judicial Administration Body made payments totaling over 18 million pesos for rent and maintenance. Additionally, a second property on Andador Gonzalo Ruiz Ruiz 108 was subject to notary procedures involving land fusion and donations used by Olán Aparicio to acquire the site.
