Adnan Menderes University expands dental faculty capacity

Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Dentistry has expanded its educational and clinical capacity for 2025, enrolling 103 undergraduate and 16 specialty students. Since its inception in the 2014-2015 academic year, the faculty has graduated over 500 dentists.

The curriculum utilizes an Integrated Clinical Education Model in the fifth year, allowing students to gain comprehensive experience across various dental branches. To support this, the faculty has enhanced its infrastructure by launching an Integrated Clinic featuring 25 dental units, effectively doubling the number of units available per student.

Additionally, the faculty provides dental treatments under general anesthesia five days a week. This service is specifically designed for patients with special needs or those who face difficulties in a standard clinical setting. The number of rooms dedicated to these anesthesia-based treatments has recently doubled to increase patient capacity.
