ADNOC announces AED60 billion in UAE manufacturing opportunities

ADNOC has unveiled more than AED60 billion in local manufacturing opportunities in the UAE through 2030. Announced at the second Make it with ADNOC Forum in Abu Dhabi, the initiative aims to transform procurement, supplier registration, and In-Country Value (ICV) frameworks to drive industrial investment and skilled job creation.

The plan includes opportunities to manufacture over 200 essential products and a wide range of critical spare parts locally. To support this, ADNOC is implementing expanded support for industrial investment, simplified qualification requirements, and longer-term commercial partnerships to provide manufacturers and investors with greater visibility of future demand.

In collaboration with ADNOC, the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) will participate in the forum to showcase investment enablers and incentives. MoIAT will highlight programs such as the National ICV Programme, the Technology Transformation Programme, and the National Industrial Resilience Fund to support the localization of priority industries and enhance the competitiveness of UAE products in global markets.
