ADO Den Haag foundation receives €25,000 for Footcamp project

The ADO Den Haag social foundation, ADOgroen, has received a €25,000 donation from the VriendenLoterij FanFonds to expand its Footcamp project. The funding will allow the program to evolve into a comprehensive vitality initiative.

In addition to physical activity, the expanded Footcamp will offer workshops focused on nutrition, lifestyle, mental health, resilience, and personal discipline. The goal is to move beyond simple physical movement toward sustainable behavioral change, particularly in neighborhoods facing greater social and health challenges. Lewis Walker, manager of ADOgroen, stated that the program aims to help participants make healthier choices and build long-term strength through the power of football.
