ADO Den Haag to hold closed training sessions following lineup leaks
ADO Den Haag has decided to hold its final training sessions before match days behind closed doors. This decision follows an incident where the team's lineup for a match against AZ was leaked online while players were still on the pitch.
Coach Robin Peter expressed regret over the move, noting that while the club wants fans to attend training, the information must remain confidential on the complex.
Separately, the club is facing issues with property damage near its training grounds. Multiple parked cars have had their windows smashed by footballs kicked over the perimeter fence during practice. Club staff, including equipment manager Rob Ravestein, noted the recurring problem. In response, ADO Den Haag is considering safety measures, such as raising the height of the nets behind the goals, to prevent further damage to local vehicles.
