Singer Ado has released the digital single “Raven Sky,” the theme song for the upcoming film “Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo,” starring Shun Oguri. The music video for the track, which explores themes of heartbeat and the strength of life through the mental world of a girl named Nev, was also released.

The song is a rock tune featuring lyrics in both English and Japanese, composed by Grammy Award winner Masanori Takumi with lyrics by Kanata Okajima and Seann Bowe.

“Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo” is a Japan-US co-production directed by Takashi Miike and distributed by Sony Pictures Entertainment in Japan and NEON in North America. The film follows a corrupt detective played by Oguri who teams up with an FBI agent, played by Lily James, to investigate a series of gruesome murders and a missing person case. The movie is scheduled for release on October 23.
