Adobe introduces new interface and editing features in Photoshop Beta
Adobe is testing several updates in Photoshop Beta designed to streamline editing workflows and improve user interface accessibility. A primary addition is the Spectrum interface, which features rounded panel corners and a darker aesthetic. This new design aims to reduce clicking by automatically expanding toolbars when a cursor hovers over tools containing sub-options.
Users can toggle the modern interface on or off within the Beta settings and customize the interface color. Other notable updates include a modern color picker that provides access to recently used colors, a Restyle Layer feature for testing visual changes, and a Quick Compare slider to inspect image modifications. Additionally, the Remove tool workflow has been updated to support more nondestructive editing through the use of masks and new layers.
