Adobe VP Paul Chiriță discusses role of Bucharest teams in AI development

Paul Chiriță, recently promoted to Vice President at Adobe, is overseeing a business unit that includes the company’s flagship generative AI products, Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express, as well as Adobe Stock.

Work for these products is distributed almost equally between the United States, Romania, and India. The Bucharest-based teams play a critical role, handling not only software development but also product management, project management, and design. Specific contributions from the Romanian teams include design creation features in Express, presentation capabilities, and components of Adobe.com, such as the Firefly Boards and Adobe Stock teams.
