Adompretur reactivates its Miami branch to promote Dominican tourism

The Dominican Association of Tourism Press (Adompretur) has reactivated its Miami, Florida branch to support the growth of the tourism sector, which is vital to the Dominican Republic's economy.

During a ceremony held at Keiser University, a new board of directors was sworn in. Yaniris Felipe, who co-founded the branch in 2013, was appointed secretary general. The ceremony was presided over by Sarah Hernández, the president of Adompretur in the Dominican Republic.

The new leadership team includes Gheidy de la Cruz as subsecretary, Rose Mary Santana as institutional director, and Marta Matty Frías as public relations director, among others. The reactivation aims to strengthen ties with Florida, a key commercial partner for Dominican tourism.
