Adopt Me introduces Star Rewards update and player safety warnings

The Roblox pet care simulator Adopt Me has released the Star Rewards update. This update introduces a refreshed daily log-in system where players earn Bucks and Stars to redeem for various items, including potions, chests, and auras. Higher star tiers offer significant rewards, such as increasing house build limits or obtaining the Royal Fairytale Egg and Gemstone Egg.

The Gemstone Egg features specific drop rates, with a 90% chance for Ultra Rare pets and a 9.95% chance for Legendary pets. Notable potential unlocks include the Amethyst Penguin, Golden Griffin, and Golden Dragon.

In addition to gameplay updates, players are advised to remain vigilant against common trading scams within the game. Frequent patterns include ‘trust trades’ where one party asks for a pet first, manufactured urgency to bypass careful checking, and fraudulent middlemen. Players are also warned about ‘last-second swaps,’ where a trader replaces a promised item with a different one immediately before the trade is confirmed.
