Adore Beauty reports record $207.3 million revenue for FY26

Adore Beauty reported record Group revenue of $207.3 million for FY26, representing a 4.3 percent increase over the previous period. The growth was driven by an expanding retail footprint, owned brands, and retail media, despite a challenging retail environment.

During the fiscal year, the company opened 13 new stores, bringing its national network to 20 locations. These retail operations contributed $18.6 million to the total revenue. CEO Sacha Laing noted that FY26 was the most capital-intensive period in the company’s 26-year history due to significant investments in stores, a new National Distribution Centre, and technology capabilities.

While revenue reached record levels, underlying EBITDA fell 39.3 percent to $3.8 million, impacted by a higher fixed-cost base from the maturing retail network. The company is targeting at least 10 percent revenue growth and underlying EBITDA of $9 million to $13 million in FY27 as it seeks to leverage its omnichannel model, noting that omnichannel customers possess a lifetime value 2.5 times higher than online-only customers.
