ADP expands AWS partnership to integrate AI into human capital management

ADP has expanded its strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to integrate cloud and artificial intelligence capabilities into its human capital management services. The collaboration aims to leverage AWS cloud infrastructure and generative AI to assist ADP’s 1.1 million clients across 140 countries in managing workforce complexity.

Through this partnership, ADP intends to develop more intelligent, agentic AI solutions to support payroll, HR, and compliance functions. The initiative builds on previous collaborations, including work with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, to help organizations make data-driven workforce decisions.
