ADP group board compensation set to rise following pay increase

The ADP group, which manages ports in Hanstholm, Middelfart, Fredericia, and Nyborg, has seen significant increases in board remuneration. Following a general assembly decision in April, board members received a 25 percent pay raise. By 2026, the total compensation for the ten-member board is projected to reach 2.7 million DKK.

Specific political figures hold roles within the organization. The Mayor of Fredericia serves as vice chairman, earning 218,750 DKK from ADP in addition to municipal salaries. Kenneth Muhs, whose total compensation reaches 1.3 million DKK when combined with political roles, earns 125,000 DKK from the board.

In comparison, Odense Port maintains a smaller executive structure. While ADP’s three-person management team earned nearly 8.9 million DKK, Odense Port’s two-person management team earned 5.2 million DKK, despite both entities managing approximately 89 full-time employees. Odense Port also maintains lower board costs, with vice chairman Peter Rahbæk Juel earning 200,000 DKK.
