Adrian Bartosiński and Artur Gwóźdź clash over KSW contract dispute

A dispute has emerged between KSW welterweight champion Adrian Bartosiński and his former manager, Artur Gwóźdź, regarding the terms of a contract that may be preventing Bartosiński from joining the UFC.

Bartosiński claims he was misled about the contract's contents, stating he was assured by Gwóźdź and legal counsel that the agreement was standard. He alleges he only discovered a clause that extends his commitment after his fourth or fifth fight. He maintains that it was the responsibility of his management and lawyers, not himself, to analyze the legal implications of the document.

Artur Gwóźdź, representing Artnox Fight Sport, has denied these allegations. He suggested that Bartosiński entered the agreement voluntarily due to his strong desire to join KSW and argued that no one forced him to accept the terms.

KSW Sport Director Wojsław Rysiewski has addressed the situation, noting that the federation is considering potential penalties for Bartosiński due to the public disclosure of details regarding his contract.
